Under the direction of the Supervisor of Educational Programs or Assistant Supervisor of Educational Programs, the Teacher plans, executes and evaluates the lessons and educational experiences of the assigned pupils, class or classes. Must possess a bachelor's degree, teaching and/or tutoring experience, and have extensive computer science and/or coding experience. Must be able to instruct students of varying skill and experience levels in multiple programs based on interest and ability. Knowledge and ability to instruct students in a variety of web development languages including HTML, Java, and JavaScript.Ībility to instruct students on how to create a web page using specific coding languages.Ībility to collect and analyze data to drive future instruction.Ībility to work independently applying critical thinking skills and problem solving to various situations. Must demonstrate responsibility, a desire to help others, discretion, and flexibility. Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills.
